What is Logiware?
Logiware is a software platform serving forwarders, NVOCC’s, and anyone that manages international shipments. Our software is easy-to-use and an efficient way to create and manage shipments of all types, provide status tracking and self-service portal options to your customers, track and analyze profitability, and keep shipments on schedule with built-in workflow and automation tools. Our Company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with a logistics service center in Bangalore, India.

What are the different package levels offered?
For the Logiware Freight product, we offer 3 package levels – Essential, Professional, and Enterprise.
The Essential Package
The Essential package contains basic operations, accounting interfaces, and reporting features.
The Professional Package
The Professional Package includes customs compliance, EDI, and workflow automation features, in addition to all of the features that The Essential Package contains. The Essential Package includes basic operations, accounting interfaces, and reporting features.
The Enterprise Package
The Enterprise Package includes rate management, customer portal, API, and order management features, in addition to all of the features that The Professional Package contains. The Professional Package includes customs compliance, EDI, workflow automation, basic operations, accounting interfaces, and reporting features.

Does Logiware support multiple languages, currencies, and office locations?
Yes, each user in Logiware can use the system in their language. Invoicing, payments, receipts, and other functions can be processed in any currency with access to exchange rates. Multiple office locations can be set up in Logiware.
Can I give my customers and agents access to Logiware for self-service and status tracking?
Yes. Logiware offers a customer portal that allows customers, agents, and other stakeholders to view shipment status and map location, create quotes and bookings, view documents, exchange messages with operations staff, and pay invoices.

Can Logiware automatically notify people as milestones and tasks are completed?
Logiware has a workflow management module that allows you to automatically send notifications and documents to users and customers based on milestones and task completion, escalate and alert supervisors and managers if tasks are at risk or behind, and provide visibility of shipment milestones and task status.
Does Logiware have interfaces to Commercial Accounting Packages?
Yes, Logiware has interfaces to QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and Peachtree Software. Other packages can be interfaced as well. The interface can send AR and AP invoices to the accounting package, and receive payment information back.
Does Logiware have an integrated accounting package?
Yes, Logiware has a fully integrated accounting package with Accounts, Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Reports, and GAAP, accrual-based. However, at this time, we are encouraging our users to utilize the interfaces to 3rd party accounting packages as the Logiware accounting will roll off of support at the end of 2023.
What EDI connectivity does Logiware support?
Logiware has the following EDI connectivity:
Ocean carrier bookings and shipping instructions through the INTTRA and GTNEXUS.
eAWB’s to airline carriers through IATA network.
AES/ISF/AMS/IT/PTT with US Customs.
ASYCUDA interface for filing Manifest with countries using the UN ASYCUDA program.
Japan AFR filings
Truck rates through IMS, CTS, LFS (Primo), GLT, ExWorks, Primus
Industry standard ANSI X12 formats for Purchase Orders and Ship Notifications.
Industry standard ANSI X12 and XML for bookings and BLs with other forward- ers/NVOCCs.
How can I get my carrier and trucker contract rates and amendments into Logiware?
Logiware has an automated upload function that can load carrier rates into the system from a spreadsheet format. We also have a team of specialists in our Bangalore, India office that can take your contracts and amendments, format the spreadsheet, and load the rates for you.
Does Logiware have interfaces with trucking portals for inland rates?
Logiware has integrations with multiple truck portals, including IMS, CTS, LFS (Primo), GLT, ExWorks, and Primus. Rates can be retrieved from the truck portals and bookings can also be made via EDI.
Does Logiware offer staffing services?
Logiware has a group of over 100 experienced people in Bangalore, India that can perform almost any task in the shipment process including operations and accounting. In some cases, Logiware provides full back-office support by processing shipments from start to finish, including customer and vendor communication.
Is there an implementation fee?
No, Logiware is very easy to use and includes detailed self-serve setup functions for customers to get started. There is a setup wizard that can help customers upload and configure all of the information needed to get started. Help guides are also available to show users step-by-step how to perform certain functions.
If a customer needs additional help getting started, an implementation analyst can be assigned to assist for $70 per hour.
Can I start small and add more users later?
Yes, there is no minimum number of users with Logiware, and you can add users anytime.
How long does it take to implement Logiware?
There is no implementation process in Logiware! When you sign up for our system, you are ready to go!
How can I get trained on the system?
Logiware is designed to be used with no training required. Our engineers have gone to great lengths to create the system intuitively to reduce training needs. To provide even more support, Logiware has built-in support to walk users step by step through how to do certain functions.
Is there support available?
Logiware provides excellent support, 24 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Support can be accessed by email or chat.
Most support tickets are resolved within the hour. Escalation procedures are also in place to provide programming and management support as needed.
Are software upgrades included in my subscription?
Yes, Logiware is always improving and adding new features and enhancements to the platform, and the releases are included in your monthly user subscription.
Can I get custom changes made to the software or document formats?
Logiware allows you to customize the application to fit your business processes in the following ways:
Add custom fields to the screens
Turn off any unwanted fields from the screens
Create and add labels to help categorize and organize shipments
Create custom filters to list and organize shipments according to specific criteria
Modify document formats
Can I import my current shipment data into Logiware?
Yes, Logiware has an import spreadsheet template that can import your shipment data from another system.
Where is the Logiware system hosted?
The Logiware system runs in the Google Cloud and is hosted in multiple locations in the USA and other countries as needed to support performance across the globe.
How secure are my system and data?
Logiware is hosted and run in the Google Cloud with state-of-the-art network security, guarded access, climate control, redundancy, and operational processes in place. Logiware uses multiple, load-balanced servers and replicated databases to ensure that the system will remain up and running even if a server or database goes down. With Google Cloud, Logiware can instantly move operations from one data center region to another region for a disaster scenario. Data backups are done in the Google Cloud throughout the day, nightly, weekly, and monthly and stored in a different locations.
Do you sell or give my data to anyone else?
Your data is owned exclusively by you. We will never sell, distribute, or provide any of your data to anyone else without your direction and approval.
